Discover the story behind ufo777, our mission to serve Indonesian players with world-class gaming experiences, and the values that drive everything we do.
Who We Are
ufo777 was founded in 2018 by a team of gaming industry veterans, technology entrepreneurs, and Indonesian market specialists who shared a common frustration: the online betting landscape in Indonesia was fragmented, unreliable, and riddled with platforms that prioritized profit over player experience. Slow withdrawals, opaque odds, confusing interfaces, and non-existent customer support were the norm. We knew Indonesian players deserved better.
Our founding team brought together expertise from international gaming operators in Malta, the Philippines, and Curaçao, combined with deep local knowledge of Indonesia's banking systems, payment preferences, and cultural nuances. We set out to build a platform that would treat Indonesian bettors not as anonymous accounts, but as valued partners in a long-term relationship built on transparency, speed, and trust.
At ufo777, our mission is simple: deliver the sharpest odds, the widest game selection, and the fastest payouts to Indonesian players — backed by customer support that speaks your language and understands your needs. Every product decision, every feature update, and every policy change is evaluated through a single lens: does this make the experience better, faster, or more transparent for our players?
We pioneered instant withdrawals to all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) with processing times averaging under three minutes, 24/7. We display verified RTP percentages on every slot and table game. We offer live odds on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Indonesian-favorite mix parlay (accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets. We provide native Indonesian-speaking customer support agents around the clock, trained on local banking procedures and cultural holidays like Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Ramadhan.
Since launching, ufo777 has grown into one of Indonesia's most trusted online betting platforms, serving over 2 million registered members from Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, Palembang, Makassar, Yogyakarta, Malang, and more than 200 other Indonesian cities and towns. Our players range from casual bettors who enjoy weekend football wagers and togel (traditional numbers lottery) to serious high-stakes players who demand the tightest spreads, the deepest liquidity, and the most competitive odds.
What unites our community is a shared expectation: when you play on ufo777, you know exactly what you're getting. No hidden terms, no surprise fees, no delays when you want to cash out. We've processed over 15 million deposits and withdrawals since 2018, maintaining a 99.7% on-time payout rate. Our platform handles peak traffic during major events — Champions League finals, BRI Liga 1 derbies, FIFA World Cup knockout rounds — without lag, without downtime, without excuses.
Transparency: Every RTP is verified. Every bonus has clear wagering requirements listed up front. Every withdrawal fee (or lack thereof) is disclosed before you submit. We don't play games with fine print because we believe informed players make better decisions — and better decisions build trust.
Speed: Time is money, especially when you're winning. Our average withdrawal time is 2.8 minutes, not 24-48 hours. Our live odds update every second. Our customer support responds in under five minutes during peak hours. Speed isn't a luxury at ufo777; it's a baseline expectation.
Responsibility: ufo777 is strictly 21+ and we enforce age verification rigorously. We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session timers, and reality checks because gambling should be entertainment, not a problem. We partner with international responsible gaming organizations and display support resources prominently across the platform. If a player shows signs of problem gambling, our support team is trained to intervene, recommend cooling-off periods, and provide helpline contacts. We succeed when our players enjoy the game responsibly, not when they bet beyond their means.
ufo777 operates on a custom-built platform architected for scale, speed, and security. Our infrastructure runs on redundant cloud servers across multiple data centers in Singapore and Tokyo, ensuring 99.95% uptime even during traffic surges. All player data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL, the same standard used by international banks. We employ two-factor authentication, biometric login options, and real-time fraud detection algorithms that flag unusual account activity within seconds.
Our Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), ensuring every slot spin, every card deal, and every roulette spin is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by the house or by players. Our live dealer games are powered by Evolution Gaming and broadcast from studios in Manila, delivering HD video streams with sub-second latency to players across Indonesia.
The gaming industry moves fast, and ufo777 moves faster. We're constantly testing new features — cashout options for live sports bets, AI-powered odds comparison tools, crypto deposit methods, exclusive Indonesian-language slot titles, and partnerships with local sports leagues and badminton tournaments. But every innovation is filtered through our core values: does it make the experience faster, fairer, or more transparent? If not, it doesn't ship.
Our roadmap for 2026 and beyond includes expanded esports betting (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), integration with more Indonesian regional banks, and VIP experiences like invitation-only tournaments and live event sponsorships. But no matter how big we grow, our commitment remains the same: serve Indonesian players with the respect, transparency, and speed they deserve. That's the ufo777 promise.
